Orion Building Engineering Services Ltd is looking for an experiencedCommercial Gas Engineerto join our expanding team.

\n

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a successful and ambitious building engineering company with an excellent reputation developed over more than 20 years. You will work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team, servicing a varied portfolio of commercial properties including schools, offices and residential developments.

\n

We are looking for a commercially qualified engineer who takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service and wants to develop their career within a growing business.

The role\n

You will carry out:

\n

\n
• Planned and reactive maintenance
\n
• Commercial boiler servicing and repairs
\n
• Fault-finding and diagnosis
\n
• Installation, testing and commissioning
\n
• Completion of electronic service and compliance records
\n
• Participation in an on-call rota, approximately one week in ten
\n

What we need\n

You must have:

\n

\n
• Current Commercial Gas ACS qualifications
\n
• COCN1 or CODNCO1 and relevant commercial appliance qualifications
\n
• Experience with commercial boilers and associated plant
\n
• Good knowledge of current gas regulations
\n
• Strong fault-finding and customer service skills
\n
• A full UK driving licence
\n

\n

Experience or qualifications inair source heat pumps, renewable heating, domestic gas, controls or BMS systems would also be beneficial.
