£32,000£45,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission

We're Tezlom Healthcare a family-run healthcare recruitment agency based on Hoghton Street in Southport.

We've already got a strong team of recruiters, compliance and payroll specialists. What we're looking for now is someone to grow the business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing and growing our client base by:

• Managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients
\n
• Reconnecting with lapsed clients
\n
• Winning new business across the healthcare sector
\n
• Booking and attending client meetings
\n
• Visiting care homes, supported living services and other healthcare providers
\n
• Turning conversations into long-term partnerships and booked shifts
\n
• Supporting a group of national franchised offices with business development
\n

You'll also be part of our planned on-call rota. It's scheduled a month in advance and comes with an additional on-call payment.

What You'll Get

• £32,000£45,000 basic salary, depending on experience
\n
• Uncapped commission with no thresholds and no complicated commission structure
\n
• 45p per mile for all business travel
\n
• Paid on-call allowance
\n
• Monday to Friday, 9am5pm, with flexibility where possible
\n
• Friday lunch on us
\n
• Extra annual leave after two years' service, increasing with length of service up to 10 years
\n
• A modern office in Southport
\n
• A supportive, close-knit team where everyone pulls together
\n

What We're Looking For

You'll have experience in sales or business development and be confident building lasting client relationships. Experience in healthcare, social care or recruitment would be a real advantage.

We're interested in people who can demonstrate the relationships they've built and the business they've won, not just the number of calls they've made.
