The Firm

The firms dispute resolution team are one of the most respected in Wales and handle a full range of litigation matters, often large-scale, complex disputes. Typically these include; contract claims, professional negligence, regulatory breaches, shareholder claims and derivative actions, and increasingly contentious property disputes.

The role will involve dealing with a range of disputes for the firms clients with a particular focus on arbitration. The caseload is of very high quality, dealing with large, complex contentious matters.

5+ PQE Disputes Solicitor

Commercially aware

Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative

Excellent organisation and time-management skills
