Job Description
We are currently looking for a Scaffolder (Part 2) to join Teal Scaffold, part of The Sovini Group.

\nAs a Scaffolder (Part 2), you will be expected to:
\n- \n
- To assist the scaffold team in erection and dismantling of all scaffold operations, including complex design structures- proprietary scaffold systems \n
- To assist with the development of employees within the company offering support and guidance on a day-to-day basis \n
- To drive 7.5t wagon if you have the credentials to do so \n
- Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken \n
- Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions \n
To be successful in a Scaffolder (Part 2) role, the skills you will need:
\n- \n
- Hold a valid CISRS Scaffolder card (Blue) \n
- Safely erect and dismantle scaffolding in line with TG20 and SG4:22 standards \n
- Experience working on both construction sites and occupied residential properties \n
- Use a PDA to accurately record job information and maintain audit trails \n
- Ability to lead a small team when required \n
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders \n
- Understanding of and commitment to Teal Scaffold's vision and the Sovini Group's values \n
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship \n
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently \n
- Proficient in communicating through Microsoft Teams, face-to-face interactions, and email \n
- Demonstrate the Sovini Group values of Success, Passion, Authenticity, Courage, and Enterprise in your day-to-day role \n
Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
\n- \n
- Hold a valid CITB Health and Safety CSCS card \n
- Full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months, with C1 entitlement \n
- Basic understanding of financial targets and team performance measures \n
- Awareness of daily and weekly operational performance requirements \n
