Key duties & responsibilities\n

- \n
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hospital electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and control systems. \n
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels,switch gear, transformers, and circuit breakers. \n
- reporting to your line manager with any issues. \n
- escorting sub-contractors around the site \n
- Maintain and test emergency power systems, including generators, UPS units, and automatic transfer switches (ATS). \n
- Respond promptly to electrical faults that impact critical areas such as operating rooms,ICU, and labs. \n
- Reactive works on air handling units, fan coil units. \n
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, outages, and repairs. \n
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with hospital policies, national electrical codes, andhealth carefacility regulations. \n

- Monday to Friday 8-5pm \n

\n Requirements:\n
\n
- \n
- City and Guilds 18th Edition \n
- Level 3 electrical installations \n
- Previous experience in a hospital, medical facility, or critical-care environment preferred. \n
- HV or LV knowledge (not essential) \n
- General Knowledge of electrical systems. \n
