Full Time 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (36+4 weeks per year)

What Youll Do

Provide tailored support to learners with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom
\n You will provide tailored support through 1:1, small group and in-class interventions, supporting learners with a range of needs including ASC, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties
\n Manage a caseload of learners, supporting attendance, study skills, English and Maths, engagement and achievement
\n Contribute to EHCP outcomes and support positive learner progression
\n Assist students in developing independence, confidence, and essential life skills
\n Adapt support strategies to meet individual learning requirements
\n Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure student success
\n Promote an inclusive, safe, and encouraging learning environment

What Youll Bring

Experience supporting individuals with additional needs (education, care, youth work, SEN support, or similar)

Hold or be willing to work towards a relevant Level 3 or equivalent qualification
\n A patient, empathetic, and student-centred approach
\n Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n Ability to motivate and engage learners with diverse needs
\n Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
