Pure Staff is recruiting an experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver (C1) on behalf of a well-established fruit and vegetable distribution company based in Widnes. This is an excellent 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity, offering consistent work and a clear route to a permanent position.

• Start Date: ASAP

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
\n
• Training Period: First 2 weeks - Monday to Friday
\n
• Start Time: 04:00 AM
\n
• Shift Length: 8-10 hours
\n
• Rota: Issued 6 weeks in advance
\n

\nThe Role\n
\n

\n
• Complete 6-10 deliveries per shift
\n
• Deliver fresh fruit and vegetables to shops, wholesalers, and markets
\n
• Routes include both city-centre and longer-distance deliveries
\n
• All deliveries are handballed off - there is no tail lift or pump truck provided
\n
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely deliveries
\n

\n
\nRequirements\n
\n

\n
• Valid UK Category C1 (7.5T) driving licence
\n
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
\n
• Minimum 12 months' 7.5 Tonne driving experience
\n
• No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
\n
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
\n
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
\n
