Key Duties\n

- \n
- Lead, motivate and support the on-site shift engineering team. \n
- Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently using the site's CAFM system. \n
- Carry out hands-on electrical and/or mechanical maintenance when required. \n
- Diagnose and rectify faults on plant and equipment, minimising downtime and ensuring business continuity. \n
- Monitor the quality of maintenance activities, documentation and housekeeping standards across the site. \n
- Manage spare parts and ensure critical stock levels are maintained. \n
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports and job documentation. \n
- Prepare, review and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure safe systems of work. \n
- Support the delivery of a safe, compliant and high-performing building environment. \n
Requirements\n
\n
- \n
- Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). \n
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical building services. \n
- Experience with critical systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers and power distribution. \n
- Previous experience leading an engineering shift team within a critical or large commercial environment. \n
- Excellent fault-finding, communication and problem-solving skills. \n
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional engineering standards. \n
