Start Monday is recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing engineering business for an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to join their expanding team.

\n

\nThe Role\n
\n

As a Commercial Catering Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing and occasionally installing a wide range of commercial catering equipment for customers across the hospitality sector.

\n

Equipment includes (but is not limited to):

\n

\n
• Combi Ovens
\n
• Dishwashers & Glasswashers
\n
• Fryers
\n
• Griddles
\n
• Bratt Pans
\n
• Salamanders
\n
• Chargrills
\n
• Other commercial kitchen equipment
\n

\n

You'll also receive ongoing manufacturer training on additional product ranges to further develop your technical skills.

\nWhat We're Looking For\n
\n

Essential:

\n

\n
• COMCAT 1, 2, 3 & 5
\n
• CCN1 & CCCN1
\n
• Current Gas Safe registration (Natural Gas & LPG)
\n
• Commercial catering equipment service and repair experience
\n
• Experience working on Rational SCC and iCombi Pro ovens (gas and electric)
\n
• Experience servicing warewashing equipment
\n
• Electrical fault-finding experience
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n

\n

Electrical qualifications such as 18th Edition, NVQ, City & Guilds or HNC would be highly advantageous.

\n

Desirable:

\n

\n
• COMCAT 4
\n
• F-Gas / HVAC-R experience
\n

\nHours\n
\n

\n
• Monday to Friday
\n
• 7:00am - 4:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
\n
• On-call rota of 1 week in 5
\n

• £44,000 - £48,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
