\n The role of the Estimator Aluminium Windows & Doors will involve:

\n
• Estimator role dealing with a high end manufactured range of aluminum windows and doors
\n

Lead the preparation of accurate quotations and cost estimates

Manage the sales office, overseeing quotations, order processing, workflow and team performance.

Coach and develop estimators and office staff to improve accuracy, productivity and customer service.

Liaise with Sales, Production, Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, monitoring KPIs and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Aluminium Windows & Doors with:

Must have estimating experience within construction

Ideally have experience in a senior, team leader, leadership or managerial level

Ideally have Experince with aluminium windows, PVC windows, doorsets, fenestration or related

Ideally have experience with Logikal

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to build and develop relationships

Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic
