CNC Operator

Our clients based close to Portsmouth have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Operator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.\n
\nThe ideal candidate will have proven experience in setting, and operating CNC sliding head machines or similar. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, high standards of workmanship, and a proactive attitude toward sharing knowledge and supporting the team.\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n Set and operate CNC sliding head machines\n
\n Carry out part inspection using measuring equipment\n
\n Experience using Fanuc controls\n
\n Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting\n
\n Keen to develop within a position\n

\nSkills & Experience:\n
\n Experience with CNC sliding head machines\n
\n Experience using Fanuc controls\n
\n Able to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation\n
\n Experience with 5 axis CNC milling\n
\nWorking hours:\n
\nMonday - Thursday - 8:00am - 4:30pm\n
\nFriday - 8:00am - 3:30pm\n
