Salary: £35,000 per annum + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with a leading facilities management company?
\nWe're recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a busy commercial site in Leeds, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of electrical building services.
The Role\nYou'll be responsible for maintaining the electrical infrastructure of a prestigious commercial site, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Working as part of an established engineering team, you'll deliver high-quality maintenance while providing excellent customer service.

- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) \n
- Responding to reactive electrical maintenance tasks \n
- Fault finding and repairs on electrical systems \n
- Maintenance of lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and associated building services \n
- Completing maintenance records using a CAFM system \n
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and statutory regulations \n
- Supporting general building services maintenance when required \n
- \n
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Electrical Maintenance \n
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations \n
- Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management \n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills \n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills \n
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
