\n £250-£280 per shift
\n Night Shift
\n 3/4 Week Contract Starting 22nd July
\n We are currently looking for an experienced Back Shift Painting Supervisor to join a project at Shotton Paper Mill on a temporary basis.
\n This role is covering planned leave and will run for 3/4 weeks from 22nd July.
\n Responsibilities:
\n Supervising painting and industrial coating operatives on site
\n Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
\n Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance
\n Coordinating labour and reporting progress to site management
\n Managing shift activities and resolving any site issues as they arise
\n Requirements:
\n Previous experience supervising painting teams within industrial environments
\n Strong knowledge of painting/coatings works
\n Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
\n SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
\n Proven ability to lead teams and maintain productivity on shift
\n Excellent communication and organisational skills
