Bench Joiner

We are looking for an experienced bench joiner to join our friendly yet driven workshop team. You must have at least 5 years experience in a workshop joinery environment and a strong understanding of all aspects of bench joinery.

This role involves working across a wide range of bespoke joinery projects, requiring proven capability in producing high-quality work with consistency and attention to detail. Our workshop manufactures bespoke furniture, counters and custom joinery items, so adaptability is essential.

• Monday - Friday

• 08:00 - 16:30 (08:00 - 15:30 on Fridays)

• £15 - £18 Per hour
\n
• Temp to Perm opportunity
\n
• 30 Minute break (unpaid)
\n

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture bespoke items Produce furniture, counters and fittings from technical drawings.
\n
• Operate machinery Safely and efficiently use woodworking machinery and hand tools.
\n
• Maintain workspace Keep a clean, organised and efficient working area.
\n
• Work independently Manage tasks confidently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
\n
• Deliver quality Consistently achieve high standards of finish and craftsmanship.
\n

About You:

• Workshop experience Proven background in a workshop joinery environment.
\n
• Bench joinery knowledge Strong understanding of bench joinery techniques and processes.
\n
• Technical drawing skills Confident working from detailed technical drawings.
\n
• Professional approach Proactive, reliable and well-organised.
\n
