The Opportunity\n
\nAs Home Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of Trinity House, ensuring exceptional nursing care while driving quality, commercial performance and colleague engagement.\n
\nSupported by an experienced Regional Director and senior leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to lead your service while benefiting from the support of one of the UK's fastest-growing care providers.\n

About You\n
\nYou're an experienced Home Manager with a proven track record of leading a successful nursing home.\n
\nYou'll have experience delivering excellent quality outcomes, developing high-performing teams and balancing outstanding resident care with strong operational performance. Confident managing budgets, occupancy and stakeholder relationships, you'll be passionate about creating an environment where residents receive exceptional care and colleagues feel valued, supported and proud of the work they do.\n
\nWhether you're nurse qualified or hold an SVQ alongside significant management experience, you'll have the leadership, integrity and vision to build on Trinity House's continued success.\n
