Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n

- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment. \n
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults. \n
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime. \n
- Install, relocate, and improve production machinery and equipment. \n
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. \n
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments. \n
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards. \n
- Participate in shift work, overtime, and call-outs when required. \n
- \n
- Multi-skilled engineer with strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience. \n
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. \n
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, compressors, and industrial production equipment. \n
- Electrical qualification (17th/18th Edition desirable). \n
- Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment. \n
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. \n
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure. \n

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills. \n
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. \n
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently when required. \n

Hours of Work Continental Shift Pattern
\n36.50hrs per week working on our continental shift pattern, which involves working 3 x 12 hour 10 minute shifts per week rotating around days and nights (5.50am to 6pm/5.50pm to 6am).
