\nThe Role
\nWe are seeking an experienced NIHL / M-NIHL Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our clients Industrial Disease team, managing a litigated caseload of Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) and Military Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (M-NIHL) claims.
\nThis role requires someone with strong litigation experience, the ability to manage their own caseload, meet performance targets and deliver results within a busy legal environment.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Manage a litigated NIHL/M-NIHL caseload from instruction through to conclusion \n
- Handle cases in line with statutory legislation, Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and relevant case law \n
- Provide excellent legal advice while maintaining high standards of client care \n
- Work towards billing targets and deliver results within a performance-driven environment \n
- Maintain accurate case management and ensure compliance with relevant codes of conduct and accounts rules \n
- Effectively organise workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines \n
- Work collaboratively as part of a team while managing your own caseload \n
What Were Looking For
\n- \n
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with experience handling litigated NIHL/M-NIHL caseloads \n
- Minimum 5 years experience in NIHL/M-NIHL litigation \n
- Strong knowledge and experience in Industrial Disease litigation \n
- Good understanding of statutory legislation, Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and relevant case law \n
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines \n
- Excellent organisation and time management skills \n
- Ability to provide high-quality legal advice while maintaining excellent client care standards \n
- Working knowledge of compliance issues, relevant codes of conduct and accounts rules \n
- Proven billing record \n
- Good IT skills \n
- Excellent communication skills \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
- Driven, conscientious and professional with a strong work ethic \n
