What youll be doing\n

- Providing day to day administrative support to residents, managing rent enquiries and repair requests efficiently and professionally. \n
- Coordinating repairs with internal teams and external contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales. \n
- Help residents move into safe, well-prepared accommodation. \n
- Support young people to understand their tenancy rights and responsibilities. \n
- Tackle challenges like rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, or property issues. \n
- Work with partners to find move-on housing options and prevent homelessness. \n

- Experience managing and interpreting numerical data, with strong attention to detail. \n
- Organised, resilient, and passionate about giving people the tools to thrive in independence. \n
- Empathy and patience to support young people facing multiple challenges. \n
- Knowledge of facilities management processes, including the coordination of repairs and maintenance services is desirable. \n

- Service based role at our West Farm Serviceoffering 18.75 hours \n
- Travel may be required to attend professional meetings, team training sessions, and conferences. \n
