- Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging outdoor education sessions \n
- Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress \n
- Support children with a range of SEN needs \n
- Contribute to a broad and balanced curriculum, including teaching other subjects where required \n
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment \n
- Use local outdoor environments and facilities to enrich learning \n
- Support pupils to develop life skills, resilience and independence \n
Essential:\n
- \n
- A genuine passion for outdoor learning \n
- Experience working with children or young people (ideally with SEN) \n
- Strong understanding of health & safety and risk assessment in outdoor settings \n
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive activities \n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills \n
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing \n
