Title: Groundworker\n
Location: East Midlands\n
Salary: £31,270 - £32,916\n
Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm.\n
Requirements:\n
Experience\n

\n
• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
\n
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience
\n
• Ability to undertake paving, concreting, drainage, fencing, brickwork/pointing repairs and installations, among others.
\n

Driving\n

\n
• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
\n
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
\n
