Job Title: On-site Recruitment Consultant
\n Location: Hoddesdon\n
Salary: £29,500 per annum\n
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (Night Shift - 18:00 - 02:00)\n
Experience: 12 months Recruitment experience = essential
Nexus People are currently recruiting foran On-site Recruitment Consultant, to be based at their busy client location in Hoddesdon.\n
\nYou must have a minimum of 12 months previous experience as an On-site Consultant working in theTemporary Recruitmentsector, and have previous experience within High Volume Hiring.\n
Working asan On-site Recruitment Consultant:\n
\n

\n
• Dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding
\n
• Managing interviews & assessments and proactively maintaining a pool of available candidates
\n
• Completing all compliance & referencing checks, in line with company policy
\n
• Remaining aware of local area competition, fluctuations in pay rates, and changes tocandidate activity
\n
• Providing supply reports when required/requested
\n

The suitablecandidate will have the ability to work in a busy environment and will be able to multi-task and juggle a number of different projects all at once.\n
\nWe are looking for people with a recruitment background who understand the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days. This is a full-time role, but there will be times when you may be required to do additional hours, during the busier periods.\n
