About the Role\n

CDS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join a leading provider of premium maintenance and minor works services across Northern England and Southern Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position with a company renowned for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions to a wide range of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
\n
• Complete a variety of building fabric repairs and minor works.
\n
• Undertake general multi-trade maintenance, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
\n
• Identify faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely.
\n
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
\n
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately.
\n
• Provide excellent customer service while working across multiple client sites.
\n

What We're Looking For\n

• Experience in a multi-skilled trade or general maintenance role.
\n
• Competence across a range of maintenance tasks, including building fabric repairs.
\n
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
\n
• A strong commitment to health and safety and delivering high-quality workmanship.
\n
