\nSite Document Controller
\nLooking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, high-profile energy project? Rullion is recruiting a Site Document Controller to join a major project based in Necton (PE37 8AG).

- Start: ASAP \n
- Duration: 2 years \n
- Pay: £23-£30 per hour (DOE) \n
- Hours: 10-hour days, Monday-Friday (optional weekend work) \n
- Location: Site-based (must drive - not accessible via public transport) Necton,Norfolk \n
- ?? Status: Inside IR35 \n
What You'll Be Doing
\nInvolvement with of multi-projects
\nManagement of project deliverables using the associated systems, not limited to:
\n- \n
- Allocating document numbers \n
- Creating placeholders \n
- Set up supplier packages \n
- QA checks on deliverables \n
- Manage review workflows in line with project timescales \n
- Distribute workflow comments - Client - Suppliers - Internal \n
- Hard copy submissions to site \n
- Submission of As-builds \n
Interact with wider project team
\nSupport Document Control team
\nContribute to continuous improvements
\nCommunications with external stakeholders
\nBe a team player
\nYou'll play a key role in keeping critical project documentation accurate, up-to-date, and flowing efficiently across teams. Responsibilities include:

- Managing and maintaining site documentation via SDI \n
- Controlling, stamping, and distributing construction drawings \n
- Coordinating with project teams using document management systems \n
- Handling incoming/outgoing documents from stakeholders \n
- Supporting redline markups and as-built documentation \n
- Performing general office and admin duties \n
What We're Looking For
\nEssential:
\n- \n
- Minimum 6+ months' experience in Document Management \n
- Training in Quality Management / Configuration Control \n
Key Skills:
\n- \n
- Strong admin and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, EDMS, Aconex, ACC) \n
- Confident communicator with great attention to detail \n
- Self-motivated and able to work independently \n
- Comfortable in a site-based (portacabin) environment \n
- Fast-paced, team-oriented mindset \n
