\nAnson McCade is working with a globally recognised consulting firm that is expanding its Technology & Media transformation practice. We are seeking experienced Senior Managers with a proven background in cost optimisation, operational transformation and consulting leadership.\n
\nThis is a leadership role offering the opportunity to shape major transformation programmes for some of the world's leading software, technology and media organisations while playing a key role in developing both client relationships and internal capability.\n
The Role\n
\nAs a Senior Manager you'll lead multiple client engagements simultaneously, managing multidisciplinary consulting teams while acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives.\n
\nYou'll be responsible for:\n
    \n
  • Leading large-scale cost optimisation programmes
  • \n
  • Driving productivity and operational transformation initiatives
  • \n
  • Developing strategic business cases and investment decisions
  • \n
  • Financial modelling and commercial analysis
  • \n
  • Programme governance and delivery oversight
  • \n
  • Leading business development activities and supporting proposal development
  • \n
  • Coaching and developing consulting teams
  • \n
  • Building long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders across technology, finance, procurement and operations
  • \n
About You\n
\nYou'll likely have:\n
    \n
  • 8-10+ years' experience within consulting or a major TMT organisation
  • \n
  • Extensive experience leading cost transformation or operational improvement programmes
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of cost drivers across cloud, software, engineering, product, operations and corporate functions
  • \n
  • Experience leading large consulting engagements and managing senior stakeholders
  • \n
  • Excellent commercial awareness with demonstrable business development experience
  • \n
  • Outstanding analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills
  • \n
  • Previous experience mentoring and developing consulting teams
  • \n
