Job Description
Basic £27-30K OTE £50-70K
\nOur client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage.
\nThey are expanding and want to increase their Sales Negotiation Team.
\nYou will have at least 2 years Sales Negotiation experience being a real property professional.
\nAs Sales Negotiator you will manage your own portfolio of properties spread throughout the UK arranging viewings, securing and negotiating the sales.
\nYou will need to have brilliant negotiation experience with strong commerciality, sales and organisational skills.
\nYou will be bright and personable and used to working in a target driven environment and enjoy meeting and exceeding targets.
\nCommission is guaranteed whilst you build your pipeline so you will be earning from day one.
\nWhat is key to this role?
\nTo succeed here you will have a positive attitude, have a good stable sales work record and really understand how to close the sales.
\nYour working week will be:
\nIts Monday to Friday 9 to 6pm. 3pm Finish on Fridays if you hit your targets!
\nPlus one Saturday every other weekend either 9am to 1pm or 10am to 2pm but this can be from home.
\nYour days will be spent:
\nLooking after a manageable portfolio of properties
\nSelling a targeted number of properties all the other team members comfortably hit (and exceed) this target each month
\nArranging viewings and getting the feedback (no site visits)
\nNegotiating offers
\nUpselling other services these also have a generous bonus attached
\nNegotiating and managing all aspects of the sale process.
\nWhat you wont have to do:
\nPaperwork theres an admin team to back you for that
\nNo site visits/viewings theres a national team for that
\nNo multi-tasking its all sales negotiating

\nOutstanding and achievable bonus top earners on the team are making £50K plus
\nGuaranteed commission for 4-6 months whilst you build your pipeline
