\nOur Property Care team, are looking to appoint a skilledElectricianwith strong experience in domestic electrical maintenance and periodic testing of empty properties.
\nIn this role, youll carry out a variety of maintenance and refurbishment tasks, with a focus on high-quality responsive repairs, void property works, and extractor fan installations. A strong right first time approach, excellent quality of workand attention to detail are essential.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and periodic testing to a high professional standard. \n
- Plan, organise, and deliver work efficiently, ensuring quality is maintained throughout. \n
- Work collaboratively across the Property Care team. \n
- Provide excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction. \n
- Use digital technology (PDA/tablet) to record and update job information. \n
- Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and in line with productivity targets. \n
- Manage van stock, materials, tools, and equipment responsibly, ensuring safe and compliant use. \n
- Participate in the Out-of-Hours on-call rota. \n
About You
\n- \n
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation, with solid practical experience. \n
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent). \n
- Qualified to the latest Wiring Regulations (18th Edition). \n
- Experience working in social housing or domestic residential settings. \n
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n
- Confident using digital devices and systems. \n
- Highly organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload effectively. \n
