Loft Ease is a growing, family-run loft improvement company specialising in loft boarding, loft ladders,
\ninsulation, loft hatches and associated works.
\nWere looking for a hardworking and reliable self-employed loft installer to work with our friendly team.
\nPrevious experience is preferred, but were willing to train the right person. A positive attitude, strong
\nwork ethic and willingness to learn are just as important to us as previous loft installation experience.

The role
\n\n
The work will include:
\nInstalling raised loft boarding systems
\nInstalling loft ladders and loft hatches
\nInstalling and topping up loft insulation
\nCompleting associated loft improvement works
\nProtecting customers homes and keeping work areas clean and tidy
\nCompleting installations to Loft Eases quality and safety standards
\nTaking clear before-and-after photographs
\nProviding customers with a polite and professional service
\n\n
Day rate and incentives
\n\n
Day rate of up to £150 per day
\nOpportunity to grow within the company
\nStarting rate based on experience, practical ability and quality of workmanship
\nAdditional incentives for consistently high-quality work
\nCompany vehicle provided during working hours
\nRegular work available for the right person
\nOpportunity to develop your skills as the business grows
\nThe company vehicle must be collected from our work yard/warehouse each morning and returned
\nthere at the end of each working day.
\nThis is a self-employed opportunity and not a PAYE position. Applicants will be responsible for
\nmanaging their own tax and National Insurance obligations.

\nWere looking for someone who:
\nHas a hardworking, positive and can-do attitude
\nIs reliable, punctual and willing to learn
\nTakes pride in producing high-quality work
\nRespects customers and their homes
\nCan work independently and as part of a team
\nIs confident using hand and power tools
\nHas their own suitable tools
\nHolds a full, valid UK driving licence with less than 6 points
\nIs willing to complete a DBS check
\nIs comfortable working safely in confined loft spaces
\nIs physically capable of carrying materials and working in loft environments
\nCan reliably travel to our yard/warehouse each morning
\n\n
Experience in loft installation, carpentry, property maintenance, insulation or a similar trade is
\npreferred, but it isnt essential. Training in our installation methods and quality standards can be
\nprovided to someone who demonstrates the right attitude and practical ability.
\n\n
Any offer of work will be subject to proof of a full UK driving licence, completion of the required DBS check and public liability insurance.
