Loft Ease is a growing, family-run loft improvement company specialising in loft boarding, loft ladders,

insulation, loft hatches and associated works.

\n

Were looking for a hardworking and reliable self-employed loft installer to work with our friendly team.

\n

Previous experience is preferred, but were willing to train the right person. A positive attitude, strong

\n

work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important to us as previous loft installation experience.

The role

\n
\n

The work will include:

\n

Installing raised loft boarding systems

\n

Installing loft ladders and loft hatches

\n

Installing and topping up loft insulation

\n

Completing associated loft improvement works

\n

Protecting customers homes and keeping work areas clean and tidy

\n

Completing installations to Loft Eases quality and safety standards

\n

Taking clear before-and-after photographs

\n

Providing customers with a polite and professional service

\n

Day rate and incentives

\n
\n

Day rate of up to £150 per day

\n

Starting rate based on experience, practical ability and quality of workmanship

Company vehicle provided during working hours

Regular work available for the right person

The company vehicle must be collected from our work yard/warehouse each morning and returned

\n

there at the end of each working day.

\n

This is a self-employed opportunity and not a PAYE position. Applicants will be responsible for

\n

managing their own tax and National Insurance obligations.

Were looking for someone who:

Has a hardworking, positive and can-do attitude

Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn

Is confident using hand and power tools

\n

Has their own suitable tools

\n

Holds a full, valid UK driving licence with less than 6 points

\n

Is willing to complete a DBS check

\n

Is comfortable working safely in confined loft spaces

\n

Is physically capable of carrying materials and working in loft environments

\n

Can reliably travel to our yard/warehouse each morning

\n
\n

Experience in loft installation, carpentry, property maintenance, insulation or a similar trade is

\n

preferred, but it isnt essential. Training in our installation methods and quality standards can be

\n

provided to someone who demonstrates the right attitude and practical ability.

\n

Any offer of work will be subject to proof of a full UK driving licence, completion of the required DBS check and public liability insurance.
