\nWe're looking fora reliable andhardworkingTig Mop Operativeto joinourbusy mechanical productionteam.\n
\nNo previousTig Mopping experienceis required we'llprovide full training.\n
\nThis isa hands-onrole where you'llremove weld marksfrom metal productsusing mild acid-based cleaning productswhile following safeworking procedures. You'llalso support theproductionteam with assemblywork when needed.\n

What You'll Do\n

\n
• Remove weld marksand discolouration frommetal products usingmildacid cleaning products.
\n
• Follow all healthand safety proceduresand wear therequired PPE.
\n
• Meet daily productiontargets while maintaininghigh quality standards.
\n
• Assemble products usinghand and airtools when required.
\n
• Inspect finished productsto ensure theymeet quality standards.
\n
• Operate equipment safelyand report anyfaults.
\n
• Work as partof the productionteam to meetcustomer deadlines.
\n
• Support continuous improvementby helping toimprove safety, qualityand efficiency.
\n

What We're LookingFor\n

\n
• Previous factory, productionor assembly experienceis desirable butnot essential.
\n
• Experience using handtools or productionequipment is anadvantage.
\n
• Good attention todetail.
\n
• Reliable with goodtimekeeping.
\n
• Positive attitude andwillingness to learn.
\n
• Able to workindependently and aspart of ateam.
\n
• Good communication skills.
\n
• A strong commitmentto health andsafety.
\n
