The Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to support various stages of our production process. You'll work across several departments, including:

Wax room
\n Shelling
\n Foundry
\n Firing
\n Inspection

This is an excellent entry-level role for someone who wants to learn practical skills, work with their hands and grow within the manufacturing industry.

Who We're Looking For:

No previous experience is needed just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You should be:

Comfortable working in a factory environment
\n A team player with good attention to detail
\n Reliable and eager to develop new skills

Desirable (not essential):

Experience in a foundry or metal casting environment
