\n Are you a reliable and caring individual looking for a rewarding role in a friendly care home environment? We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our dedicated team at Wold Haven Residential Care Home.

\nAbout the Role\n
\n

\n As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring our residents receive nutritious, well-presented meals while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.

\nWorking Hours\n
\n

\n
• 3 days per week
\n
• Shifts:\n
  \n
  • 7:00am - 3:00pm
  \n
  • 12:00pm - 6:00pm
  \n
\n
• 4-week rolling rota
\n
• Includes 2 weekends in every 4-week period
\n

\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n

\n Supporting the kitchen team with meal preparation
\n Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
\n Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
\n Assisting with food service to residents
\n Following food safety and health & safety procedures

\n
\nWhat We're Looking For\n
\n

\n
• Previous kitchen, catering, or food service experience is desirable but not essential
\n
• Positive, hardworking attitude
\n
• Ability to work as part of a team
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Reliable and punctual
\n
• A genuine commitment to supporting residents in a care home setting
\n
