Job Description
We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join our Client based in Ashford, Kent.

This is a full-time role, operating on a rotating shift pattern.
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
\n - Setting and running CNC machines
\n - Monitoring production and maintaining quality standards
\n - Carrying out basic machine adjustments and checks
\n - Following health & safety procedures at all times
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n - Proven experience operating CNC machines
\n - Ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern (AM/PM/Nights)
\n - Strong attention to detail
\n - Reliable and punctual
\n - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
\n
Shift Pattern:
\n
\n - Week 1:06:00-14:00
\n - Week 2:14:00-22:00
\n - Week 3 22:00-06:00
\n
\n
