Key Responsibilities\n

- Hold Registered Manager accountability for a domiciliary services, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery. \n
- Grow the service and secure new contracts with the local authorities. \n
- Hire carers to support the services growth. \n
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across geographically dispersed teams, including quality assurance, governance, and on-call oversight. \n
- Support service improvement and growth, working with commissioners, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop sustainable services. \n
- \n
- Current Registered Manager experience within domiciliary care, or community-based services. \n
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance frameworks across adult and childrens services. \n
- Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary or remote teams within regulated care environments. \n
