Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Commercial Plumber / Pipefitters to begin work for a well-established company in the Birchwood area.

About the role:

Working Hours - Monday Friday - 8am - 5pm
\n Pay Rate - £220 per day
\n Brief Role Description

We are looking for experienced Commercial Plumber / Pipefitters to work on a project at a School.

Duties will include:

\n
• Removal of existing copper infrastructure
\n
• Installation of new domestic water services following existing routes
\n
• Installing pipework onto existing containment where suitable
\n
• Installing new brackets for phenolic blocks
\n
• Completing wall and floor penetrations with approved fire-stopping compounds
\n
• Connecting new infrastructure directly to existing equipment
\n
• Isolation of existing services as required to complete works safely
\n
• Drain-down, flushing and recommissioning of affected domestic water systems
\n
• Installation of valves, fittings, supports and fixings required for a complete installation
\n
• Installation of TMVs and thermal expansion systems
\n
• Installation of phenolic insulation and identification labelling
\n
• Pressure testing of all new pipework installations to relevant standards
\n
• Long-term work for the right candidate
\n
• Start: 27/07/26
\n

About You:

• High work ethic & team player
\n
• Punctual & reliable
\n
• You must be a time served/qualified Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter
\n
• Previous commercial plumbing experience required
\n
• CSCS / JIB
\n
