CNC Miller - The OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our clean, modern machine shop. We welcome applications from advanced Programmer/Setters as well as competent Setter/Operators capable of editing programs.You will work primarily on our fleet of Haas and XYZ milling machines. While experience with these specific machines is a distinct advantage, we will provide full cross-training on XYZ/ProtoTRAK systems for the right engineer.\n
CNC Miller - Key Responsibilities\n

• Set and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc or Siemens/ProtoTRAK controls.
\n
• Program online or confidently edit existing programs at the controller.
\n
• Manufacture low-volume, small-batch components from engineering drawings.
\n
• Machine to tight tolerances, self-inspecting work to ensure flawless quality.
\n
• Collaborate with the wider engineering team to optimize cycle times.
\n

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller (either Programmer/Setter or Setter/Operator level).

• Control proficiency: Solid background using Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controls.
