This is a physical, hands-on role for someone who is experienced in supporting people that may demonstrate challenging behaviour, and to succeed youll have:\n

\n A full UK manual driving licence\n
\n The right to live and work in the UK\n
\n A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day\n
\n A caring, positive and resilient mindset\n

\nThe gentleman supported by SeeAbility in his own home, is looking for resilient, patient, and non-judgemental individuals to help him live life to the fullest. He loves being out in the communitywhether its swimming, visiting the zoo, enjoying local events, or relaxing at a coffee shop or pub. At home, he enjoys jigsaw puzzles, crafting, and creating art from magazines.\n
\nHe has autism and mild learning disabilities, and while his behaviour can sometimes be physically challenging, hes seeking someone dependable and compassionate whos ready to make a real difference.\n
