Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 2LJ

Hours: 36 hours per week - Full time -Days/ Nights Mixed OR Bank shifts

Pay: £21.00 per hour (Bank rate - £23.88)

They are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN) to join their care home in High Wycombe. As a Registered Nurse, youll provide person-centred care that meets thephysical, psychological, and social needsof our residents. Youll:

• Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs

• Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
  
\n
• Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
  
\n
• Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
  
\n
• Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way
  
\n

• Current NMC registration (RGN)
  
\n
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
  
\n
• Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
  
\n
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
  
\n
• Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care
