Non Working Mechanical Supervisors

Damicor is currently recruiting for an experienced Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor to join a long-term project based in Chatham.\n
\n This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project, with an initial 5-month contract and the potential for the role to continue for a further 12 months.\n
\n Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Oversee and supervise mechanical installation and strip out works on site.
\n
• Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors and site operatives.
\n
• Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme.
\n
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality standards.
\n
• Liaise with the site management team and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
\n
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial or industrial projects.
\n
• SSSTS (essential).
\n
• Strong understanding of mechanical installation and site coordination.
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Ability to manage site activities and maintain high safety and quality standards.
\n
