We are seeking a precision-driven Professional to join a leading specialist in the Surveying sector. The Opportunity\n
\n Operating from key hubs in East Midlands or Hertfordshire, you will spearhead large-scale utility PAS128 compliant surveys. This is not just a field-based role; you will be instrumental in the full project lifecyclefrom assisting with job quotes to processing complex data through LSS, Bricscad, and N4ce.\n
\n As a Senior member of the team, you will mentor junior surveyors, uphold stringent Health & Safety standards, and participate in strategic management meetings to drive operational excellence.\n

Technical Essentials\n
\n To be successful in this high-compliance environment, candidates must demonstrate:\n

• Qualifications: ProQual Level 3 in Utility Mapping and Surveying (Mandatory).
\n
• Safety & Compliance: CS1 (Medium Risk) Confined Space and a valid CSCS card.
\n
• Technical Toolkit: Expert proficiency in EML, GPR, GPS, and Total Station (Leica/Trimble).
\n
• Software Mastery: Proven experience processing data through Bricscad, LSS, or N4ce.
\n
• Leadership: Experience training assistants and conducting site audits for quality and compliance.
\n
