Marketing Account Executive

Location: Aylesbury/ Hybrid
\n Our client is currently seeking a Marketing Account Executive to join their account management team on a full-time permanent basis. The Account Executive will support and work closely with the Account Director across a portfolio of client accounts. Playing a key role in day-to-day account and project management, helping to keep client work on track, well-organised and delivered to a high standard.

\n Key Responsibilities:

Support the Account Director in the day-to-day management of client accounts

Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships

Work closely with specialists, including strategy, design, content, web, search and social

Help prepare client reports, status updates and meeting agendas

Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, flagging risks or delays

Attend client meetings, taking clear notes and following up on actions

Support the wider account team with general administration

\n Key Skills and Experience:

612 months experience in an agency environment

Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A proactive problem-solver who can spot issues early and help find solutions

Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, internally and with clients

A keen eye for detail and accuracy

Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
