As part of their continued investment for growth in the UK market they are now looking to further strengthen their Technical team resource with the appointment of a Technical Services Coordinator.
\nTHE ROLE
\nThe Technical Services Coordinator role is an excellent first of second career move opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced food category technical team based in Norwich.
\nReporting to the Technical Manager, the Technical Services Coordinator will be exposed to all elements of a modern technical team function including product specifications, HACCP and BRC food management control systems and processes, plus work cross-functionally with the sales team and customer communications.
\nThe Technical Services Coordinator will maintain customer portals to make sure all technical specification documentation is up to date and accurate. Maintain database information and report on technical performance KPIs. As a part of learning and development, the Technical Services Coordinator will assist with audits & compliance, regulatory & product compliance and ensure details are effectively communicated across the UK business key stake holders.

\nABOUT YOU
\nHaving achieved a food science academic qualification to HNC or Degree level you are looking to commence your career in the food industry and being a real Foodie you are motivated about the highly important technical/quality function of the food manufacturing process.
