Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• Saturday work required depending on production volumes

• Variable start and finish times based on business needs
\n
• Typical start time: 6:00am 7:00am
\n
• Typical finish time: 3:00pm 5:00pm
\n
• Working hours will be communicated by management in advance.
\n

About the Role\n

We are currently recruiting Fish Processing Operatives to join a busy seafood processing facility in Cornwall (PL26). This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities\n

\n
• Gutting and processing octopus
\n
• Grading seafood products
\n
• Washing and processing scallops
\n
• Packing and boxing fish to meet customer specifications
\n
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
\n
• Following company health and safety procedures
\n
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
\n
• Carrying out general production and processing duties as required
\n

Candidate Requirements\n

\n
• Previous food production or fish processing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training may be provided
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
\n
• Able to work Saturdays when required
\n
• Good attention to detail
\n
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
\n
