\nTSA Surveying Ltd is an Employee-Owned recruitment business based in Leeds, specialising in the supply of Building Surveying, Clerk of Works, M&E Surveying,and Housing Surveying professionals across the UK.\n
\nSince our inception in 2020, we have grown from 5 to 20 employees and now generate an annual turnover of £15m.\n
\nAs we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead our finance function. Reporting to the Directors, you will oversee day-to-day finance operations, management reporting, credit control, statutory compliance, and provide the financial insight needed to support the next stage of our growth journey.\n

• Managetimesheets,clientapprovals,temppayroll,invoicing,andvendorintermediaryprocesses
\n
• Overseebanking,cashflowforecasting,reconciliations,andinvoicefinancefacilities
\n
• Producemanagementaccounts,P&L,balancesheetreporting,budgets,forecasts,anddivisionalMI
\n
• Managecreditcontrol,ageddebt,purchaseledger,accruals,prepayments,andjournals
\n
• PrepareandsubmitVAT,PAYE,CorporationTax,P11D,andPSAreturns
\n
• Manageemployeepayroll,commissions,expenses,pensions,andbenefits
\n
• Leadannualbudgetingandfinancialplanningprocesses
\n
• Actaskeycontactforbanking,financesystems,creditinsurance,andcustomeronboarding
\n
• Mentorandsupporttwopart-timeFinanceAssistants
\n

• Previousfinancemanagementexperience,ideallywithinatemporaryrecruitmentenvironment

• Strongmanagementaccounting,payroll,andreportingexpertise

• ExperiencewithXero,InTime,andBullhorn is advantageous
