Day Work

We are looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver to assist our client in the Lancaster area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for work through the week. This is Palletline work, therefore experience in a similar role would be beneficial. You will be responsible for the collection and delivery of local routes. Drivers can expect shifts to be between 08:00am and 18:00pm (with the exception of unforeseen situations such as road closures etc).

Key Responsibilities for a Class 2 Driver:

• Deliver goods safely and efficiently to delivery points
\n
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork in line with company and legal requirements
\n
• Adhere to all Health & Safety, transport regulations, and working time directives
\n
• Represent the company professionally at all times
\n
• Report any issues to the Transport Manager
\n

Experience & Qualifications for a Class 2 Driver:

\n
• Valid Class 2 licence, CPC, and Digi Card
\n
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
\n
• No major endorsements (IN, DR, DU, CD)
\n
