Siamo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Well-Established Solicitors for an ambitious and experienced Company Commercial Solicitor / Fee Earner to join their growing Corporate Commercial team.\n
\nWorking alongside experienced Partners, this is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to move beyond purely transactional work and build long-term relationships with clients while advising on a broad range of company commercial matters.\n
The Role\n
\n

\n
• Manage your own Company Commercial caseload from start to finish
\n
• Work with existing clients, referrals and new business enquiries
\n
• Support business development activities
\n
• Predominantly based in Coventry with occasional travel to other offices
\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with 24 years PQE
\n
• Company Commercial law experience
\n
• Ability to manage matters independently
\n
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
\n
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
\n
