Salary:£25,200 £26,780

We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate person who enjoys helping people achieve their career goals? We're looking for a motivated Job Coach to support individuals into sustainable employment by providing tailored coaching, practical guidance and ongoing encouragement.

You'll work one-to-one with participants, helping them build confidence, develop employability skills, overcome barriers and secure rewarding job opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a caseload of participants from referral through to sustained employment.
\n
• Deliver personalised coaching, action planning and employability support.
\n
• Help with CVs, job searching, interview preparation and workplace skills.
\n
• Build strong relationships with employers and coordinate interviews.
\n
• Provide ongoing in-work support to help participants succeed.
\n
• Achieve performance targets while making a genuine impact on people's lives.
\n

What You'll Need

\n
• Experience in employability, coaching, mentoring or supporting people into work.
\n
• A positive, motivational and people-focused approach.
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Experience working towards targets or KPIs.
\n
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
\n
