A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for an ambitious MRICS Quantity Surveyor to help shape its expanding cost consultancy service. Join a supportive team where ideas are heard, performance is recognised and progression is based on impact.

The role

Lead projects from feasibility through to final account
\n Deliver cost plans, estimates, tenders and procurement advice
\n Manage valuations, change control, reporting and commercial risk
\n Build trusted client relationships across varied sectors
\n Mentor junior surveyors and support their development
\n Collaborate with Building Surveyors, Project Managers and designers

About you

MRICS qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
\n Strong consultancy experience across pre and post-contract services
\n Confident working with JCT and NEC contracts
\n Commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects
\n Credible, clear and confident with clients
\n Public-sector experience is useful, but not essential
\n Full UK driving licence preferred

Package and culture

£60,000 to £75,000, depending on experience
