\n Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a well-established, family-run business with over 60 years of combined industry experience.

The Role

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out asbestos surveys across a variety of sites while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with current legislation and industry best practice.

Duties Will Include

• Carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
\n
• Producing accurate survey reports and site drawings
\n
• Working in accordance with HSG264 guidance
\n
• Liaising professionally with clients, site managers, tenants and contracts managers
\n
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
\n
• Working independently while also contributing to a close-knit team
\n

Requirements

\n
• BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying
\n
• Valid CSCS Card
\n
• Manual Handling certificate
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• Strong understanding of HSG264 Asbestos: The Survey Guide
\n
• Ability to prepare drawings and complete accurate reports
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Experience using Alpha Tracker software would be advantageous, although training can be provided
\n
• Reliable, motivated and able to work on your own initiative
\n
