Groundworker

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworker to join a project in Godalming, Surrey on a temporary contract for up to two months, starting Monday.\n
\nKey Responsibilities:\n
\nCarry out general groundwork duties, including excavation, drainage, kerbing, paving, and concrete preparation.\n
\nAssist with site preparation, reinstatement works, and the installation of drainage and utility systems.\n
\nOperate hand and power tools safely and maintain a clean and organised work area.\n
\nFollow site plans and instructions while adhering to all health and safety procedures.\n
\nWork effectively with site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.\n
\nRequirements:\n
\nPrevious experience in groundworks or civil construction.\n
\nValid CSCS card (preferred/required).\n
\nGood understanding of site health and safety.\n
\nReliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.\n
\nFull UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential\n
