Lead Solicitor / Head of - Subrogated Recoveries Credit Hire

I'm working on behalf of a growing legal business looking to appoint a Lead Solicitor to build and lead its subrogated recoveries function.

Preference is for this person to be a qualified solicitor although CILEX also considered - a following would be advantageous; my client are seeking someone who can demonstrate history of winning their own work too.

This is a genuine opportunity to shape a department, win new insurer and AMC relationships, lead a high-performing team, and drive strategic growth.

We're keen to speak with experienced individuals who have:

?? A strong background in First Party Recovery / Subrogated Recoveries

?? Experience managing teams and client relationships

?? A proven track record of winning new business from insurers and accident management companies

?? Strong technical knowledge of RTA and credit hire litigation

?? Remote / Hybrid - completely open on location

?? Excellent salary package, dependent on experience
