About the role:\n
\n As a Behaviour Mentor in Hounslow, London, youll play a pivotal role in supporting students with challenging behaviour and special educational needs. Working closely with dedicated staff in a school rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, youll have the opportunity to develop positive relationships and make a lasting impact on student wellbeing and academic success.\n
Key responsibilities of a Behaviour Mentor:\n

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.

• Assist children with challenging behaviour, using empathy and excellent communication skills.

• Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to create a positive learning environment.

What youll need to succeed:\n

• A minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University.

• Outstanding A-Level results.
\n
• A passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN.
