Key responsibilities of a Behaviour Mentor:\n

- Assist children with challenging behaviour, using empathy and excellent communication skills. \n
- Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to create a positive learning environment. \n

- Contribute to the overall ethos of integrity, creativity, and aspiration within the school. \n

- A minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University. \n
- Outstanding A-Level results. \n
- A passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN. \n
- Patience, empathy, and excellent listening skills. \n
- A desire to progress within the field of education. \n

- Pay: £444-£513 weekly via PAYE (including holiday pay) \n
